1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hack Sisu LTD, trading as FitPic ("FitPic," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the FitPic website, iOS app, and related services (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, name, profile information, user identifier, and the sign-in provider you choose.
  • Photos and generated content: photos you upload, AI-generated try-on images, outfit selections, editing instructions, and associated image metadata.
  • Search and product activity: clothing searches, filters, product links, and products you select for a try-on or outfit.
  • Purchase information: products purchased, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and credit balance. Apple processes your payment details; FitPic does not receive your full payment-card information.
  • Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app or browser version, IP address, approximate country, app interactions, diagnostics, and security events.
  • Communications: information you include when you contact us for help or provide feedback.

3. How we use information

  • Provide authentication, image search, virtual try-ons, outfit generation, saved fits, credits, and subscriptions.
  • Process your photos and instructions to create the images you request.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access and enforce our Terms.
  • Respond to support requests and send essential service messages.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. AI image processing

When you request a try-on, we send the photos, selected clothing images, and instructions needed to perform that request to our image-generation providers. AI-generated results may be inaccurate and should not be treated as an exact representation of fit, size, colour, or appearance.

5. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

  • Infrastructure and database providers that host accounts, application data, and images.
  • Authentication providers such as Apple and Google when you choose those sign-in methods.
  • AI and search providers that process image-generation requests or return product imagery.
  • Purchase providers including Apple and RevenueCat, which process and administer in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Analytics, security, and support providers that help us understand reliability and protect the Service.
  • Authorities or transaction parties when required by law or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information or use your photos for third-party advertising.

6. Public and private content

Fits are private by default. If you choose to make your profile or a fit public, that content and related profile information can be viewed by other people. You can change visibility settings in the Service before deleting your account.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen in the iOS app. Account deletion removes your profile, uploaded photos, generated fits, credits, and associated application records. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained where required by law. Deleting your FitPic account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information. You can update visibility in the app, delete your account in the Profile screen, manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account, or contact us to make another privacy request.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States, United Kingdom, and other countries where they operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Children

FitPic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
