Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the FitPic website, iOS app, and related services (the "Service") provided by Hack Sisu LTD, trading as FitPic ("FitPic," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
FitPic lets you upload photos, search for clothing imagery, create AI-generated virtual try-ons and outfits, and save or share results. The Service is for visual inspiration. Generated images may not accurately represent garment fit, sizing, colour, texture, availability, or your final appearance.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- You may delete your account from the Profile screen in the iOS app.
- We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You give FitPic a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, modify, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to produce the results you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or impersonate another person;
- create sexual, exploitative, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content;
- upload an image of another person without permission where permission is required;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass limits or security controls of the Service; or
- resell or commercially exploit the Service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
- Try-on generation may require credits. The required credit amount is shown in the Service.
- Credit packs do not expire unless required by law, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
- Subscription credits refresh according to the plan shown at purchase and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
- Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment and refund terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account before renewal. Deleting FitPic does not cancel an Apple subscription.
7. Third-party content and services
Search results may link to third-party merchants. FitPic does not sell those products and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, descriptions, websites, delivery, returns, or terms. Your use of Apple, Google, and other third-party services is also governed by their terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service or any generated result will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FitPic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or purchasing decisions based on generated images. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
